Hi, I'm Lisa, a stay at home mum to 3 girls, and wife to Wayne

I put on a lot of weight 9 years ago when I had my eldest daughter, going from a size 6, right up to a size 22. I managed to get down to a 14 but then fell pregnant with number 2, went back to an 18, then down to a 16 after she was born, and then back up to a 20 with number 3! Since she was born in 2007 I have had a huge struggle to lose weight and keep it off. Last year I dropped 2 and a half stone and went down to a 16/18, then didnt lose any more, and put some back on at the end of last year.

I'm determined this time I will get this weight off!
