Todays challenge is to burn at least 250 calories!!!
get some exercise in either walking, biking, running, exercise dvd, the possibilities are endless!!!

I didn't end up doing anything today except for walking to the shop and back and I doubt that burned many calories

that would depending on how fast u walked, up hill down hill etc be between 50 and 100 calories burnt believe it or not
