Todays challenge is to burn as many calories as u can!

count every little bit of excercise u get in, whether it be walking the school run, cleaning, exercise dvds, wii games etc etc.

challenge urself!

how many calories can u burn?

come and update us later on and give us a breakdown of what you have done!

To work out calories burnt if your not sure, log onto my fitness pal and check out the exercise logs!
