The Site Rules

Rules and Guidelines
Please avoid aggressive posts and personal attacks. Always show fellow members respect and courtesy.
No commercial/business or referrals posts are allowed although we welcome personal product recommendations and experiences. Please also refrain from referring to health professionals by name as any such posts could be libellous.
Posts may be deleted without notice for any reason whatsoever and members may be banned at the sole discretion of Kiddiwinks administration staff. Warnings may be issued depending on the severity of the problem, and this will be at Admins discretion.
Users must not
Harass, threaten or attack anyone or otherwise behave in any way which would cause annoyance (flaming) or distress to others. This includes criticising their grammar or spelling.
Transmit or knowingly receive content and/or language that is in any way unlawful, threatening, offensive, bigoted, racist, obscene or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any obligations of confidence.
Flood (post a repeated thread/post in more than 3 places or forums)
Spam (this includes selling). You may advertise items you have for sale, but do this in a way that does not repeatedly fill posts with the same items.
Start a flamewar - a prolonged exchange of deliberately hostile messages online
Buy or sell livestock, pirated goods, medicines, drugs, lists, tobacco, alcohol, food of any kind, vouchers or tickets of any kind.
Advertise/promote any kind of business without admin permission
Post links to rival web addresses.
Provide instructions for illegal or otherwise harmful activities.
Transmit or knowingly receive information relating to (or include links to) pornography, pirated software and/or computer games or other counterfeit goods such as films and music. Piracy is a crime.
Impersonate another person, whether a friend, family member, celebrity, or any other forum user.
Post chain letters, money making or pyramid schemes.
Facilitate any lending or transfer of cash or electronic funds to each other, except where in relation to the buying/selling of permitted items within the buy/sell forums.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to revoke membership if we feel there are strong enough grounds to do so.
We operate on a 3 strike rule - break the rules 3 times and admin will ban your profile.
If you feel we have unfairly banned your profile, you may appeal to a member of the admin team, who will discuss and make a decision and get back to you.
The admin team will work to the best of their abilities to ensure the rules are witheld, and to keep a good communication with members.
